We made this stand because some of our team has phones with THICC battery cases and/or pop caps.  We figured we could make a stand that could accommodate these phones.  After some design iterations and testing, we tweaked things for even more utility.  The SlabStand will accommodate a slab as big as an iPad Pro*, to an original iPad*, to a kindle, to an iPhone 4.

* The bigger they get, the harder they fall.  While the SlabStand can "accommodate" an iPad Pro, it could topple or lose balance.  Use at your own risk(!) and pay attention while using.  Do not leave it unattended.  Your mileage may vary.

The SlabStand is great to have at your desk to prop up your phone or kindle.  It's great for FaceTime, Zoom, or video conferencing.  We use it for this all the time.

The three basic positions allow for a quick glance at an incoming message or a nice position for watching a video.
